Full payment is gladly accepted at the time of reservation, however a minimum of 50% is required to reserve your outing. Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your trip.

No shows or failure to cancel before the allotted time frame will result in a forfeited deposit, no exceptions.

Tucker's Guide Service reserves the right to cancel due unfavorable conditions or un-foreseen circumstances.

Upon our cancellation, deposits will be refunded promptly IF a mutually acceptable date in the future cannot be scheduled.
